Test Dates: July 7th, 1998 to July 21, 1998
Pool Type: Outdoor (approx. 800 sq.ft. surface area)
Gas Heated
Other Factors: Moderate wind exposure

We hooked up a gas meter just in front of the pool heater to keep track of the gas used for a week without using HEAT$AVR. Then we started up the auto-injection pump for HEAT$AVR and ran it for a second week to see if the gas usage changed. We kept track of the daily temperature and rainfall, did not change the thermostat setting on the pool and added makeup water only once a week to make the test as fair as possible.
