Victoria BC - Flexible Solutions International Inc. (FXSO – OTC: BB) today announced three month net earnings of $100,994, up from three month 2000 earnings of $27,093. Earnings per share for the full year ended, Dec 31st 2000 doubled to $0.02

Dan O’Brien, President of Flexible Solutions, attributes revenue and earnings growth to increased market penetration by the Company’s flagship product, liquid solar blankets for residential and commercial swimming pools. Management expects that second quarter 2001 will exceed second quarter 2000.
Flexible Solutions manufactures and sells evaporation and energy reduction products for the swimming pool, fresh water and agricultural markets. The Company has manufacturing plants in Victoria, BC and Montreal, Quebec.
