Flexible Solutions is pleased to announce they have signed a
distribution agreement allowing Anti-wave Korea Ltd. to market ìHEAT$AVRî in
Korea. HEAT$AVR is Flexible Solutionsí energy conservation product designed for
commercial and municipal swimming pools. It is a biodegradable, safe, effective
ìliquid solar blanketî.
Anti-Wave Korea Ltd. is actively involved in all aspects of
the swimming pool business in Korea from sales and distribution to water park
construction. Flexible Solutions is especially happy with Anti-Waveís
commitment to environmental sustainability, which is well matched to our
emphasis on water and energy conservation.
Dan OíBrien, CEO states, ìThis agreement is very significant
to us because it marks our first step into the Asian markets. We consider Asia
to be an important future growth area for Flexible Solutions.î
This agreement is renewable annually based on performance
and is expected to contribute to FXSOís earnings as of 1st quarter
2002. The market place for this product in Korea is more than US$ 600,000.00
